Processes :-
Academic Process
Academic activities are designed and monitored in academic section based on the academic planning done by academic advisory body and the college senate. An academic calendar thus formed is forwarded to respective departments by the Chairman of academic advisory body  (Director) for onward preparation of department academic calendar. The academic section (which comprises of one full time Asstt. Prof. and four full time staff) then closely monitors the daily period wise activities of every class for onward computation of student performance with regard to attendance, class test, and G.P./ seminars etc. This data is available to students on regular basis over Intranet Terminals. Thus a student knows how many sessional marks he may earn towards end of semester or even the final sessional marks towards end of semester. These data thus compiled, also shows various statistics like number of periods taken by a lecturer in any semester, or absenteeism of students etc. Such analysis is forwarded to the Director to be taken up during regular H.O.D. meetings or academic advisory body meetings as the case may be. At the same time if a student has any query regarding the above the same can be clarified from teacher guardian.
Administration
Administrative polices are disseminated through the Executive Vice Chairman and / or the Director for Implementation from the Registrars Office. All purchase activities are also controlled through the Registrars office. The respective departments seek approval of the purchase committee for all major purchases, and subsequently sends the technical vetting for processing of purchases.

Nature and Extent of involvement of faculty and students in academic affairs/improvements
The academic advisory board / college senate consists of senior faculty members who regulate the functioning of academic affairs in consultation with the student council members where ever necessary. Every faculty member also keeps a track of the academic affairs as he or she is also a teacher guardian and is therefore the link between students and Academic Section.

Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance
A distinct hierarchy in our organization ensures smooth functioning and an efficient grievance redressal system guarantees a stable functioning. We have an open door very transparent functioning where all staff whether teaching or non-teaching can meet the director and / or registrar respectively for any problem / query that they may face. However we also have Bi-annual Self Assessment of all employees to ascertain the understanding and harmony between employee and the employer.

Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance
Students Feed back form is already in practice for faculty performance which is monitored by the H.O.D.'s. with copies to the Director for Corrective action as may be deemed fit and / or yearly assessment of faculty member.

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
We have an open door very transparent functioning where all staff whether teaching or non-teaching can meet the director and / or registrar respectively for any problem / query that they may face. We have a staff grievance redressal committee nominated by Executive Vice Chairman from among the senior faculty. However we also have Bi-annual Self Assessment of all employees to ascertain the understanding and harmony between employee and the employer. In addition to the above a feed back form on Institution is in practice for the employees to bring along during Annual performance Review. For Students teacher guardians are nominated for every 20 students who will take care of their problems. However a Student Counselor is also appointed for Grievance redressal. For Fresher who join the first year a Locked Complaint Box is kept in ever room for any possible query.
